Our combination 9" goosebump massage and exercise ball has sensory nodules to provide both traction and accupressure during exercise or massage. Used in Pilates, Yoga, and other fitness routines, it can also be used as a massage tool to provide deep muscle sensory massage. It is a great alternative to foam rollers. Using a standard inflation needle and ball pump (not included) the ball can quickly be adjusted for firmness to provide optimal feel.
