Kellogg's Crunchy Nut corn flakes are golden flakes of corn with brown sugar, peanuts and honey. This Kellogg's breakfast cereal is HFA approved and contains extra folic acid. A 30g serving of Kellogg's crunchy nut corn flakes provides at least 50% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of folic acid;25% RDA of vitamins thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin and vitamin B12;and 17% RDA of the mineral iron.
