Kellogg's Frosted Wheats is a wholesome and tasty cereal, perfect for breakfast and a winner all around. The shredded wholewheat parcels are topped with a delicious layer of frosting. The combination of healthy and sweet provides an overall healthy breakfast but with a sweet finish. Just because Frosted wheats are filling, high in fibre, whole grains and nutrients doesn't mean that they can't be fun as well! Getting to kids to eat high fibre foods is not always easy but they might be persuaded with this breakfast cereal. It's tasty with milk but it can also be used as a high fibre snack.
