Kellogg's Frosties are frosted flakes of corn. They are HFA approved and contains folic acid so even though they taste great they are also a healthy breakfast cereal! Suitable for vegetarians. A 30g serving of Kellogg's Frosties breakfast cereal provides at least 25% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of the vitamins thiamin (B1), niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin (B2), vitamin B12 and folic acid;and 17% RDA of the minerals calcium and iron.
