Ingredients: 

100 g 100% dark chocolate (entire bar)

50 g of extra virgin coconut oil

5 drops of pure vanilla extract 

5 drops of liquid stevia

2 packets of crystallized stevia (like Truvia)

Pinch of fine sea salt

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

20 g of pumpkin seeds (optional)

10 g of chopped almonds (optional)

Generous pinch of coarse sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, combine the chocolate bar, and coconut oil and melt until combined. 
  3. Stir in of pure vanilla extract, liquid stevia, packets of crystallized stevia, fine sea salt and optional cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread out using a spatula. 
  5. Evenly sprinkle the nuts, seeds, and coarse sea salt over the chocolate mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until firm. 
  7. Enjoy!
