Aloelax by Nature's Way 100 Capsule Proprietary blend of Aloe vera (latex) Fennel (seed). Dosage Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults children age 15 and over Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Children under 15 years of age Consult a doctor. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Dosage Form Precautions Do not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor.
