Well Mind was formulated by Daniel Beilin, OMD. It provides a good source of St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) standardized to 0.3% hypericin. It also includes extracts of kava kava, valerian, passion flower, and schisandra, as well as gotu kola, large yellow lady's slipper (orchid root), and zinc salts.;Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules one to three times daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Sensitive individuals may want to take with food. Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
